M10 Oil pump Upgrade

Machined M10 oilpump housing to exept a custom adapter plate to accomodate the bigger m30 gear
Normally there would be a conflict between extended oilpump length toward the back to the connection-rod and Rod bolts of the standard M10. This means that the enlarged oil Pump can only be used when the connection Rods are changed to Corrillo Rods. These have smaller big-end caps and smaller bolt heads than the original BMW studs with large nuts on the end.
These assembly preconditions mean that the oilpump adapter is not a simple solution for increasing the oil volume flow. But when these conditions already exist anyway than it's the cheapest way of pumping more oil through the engine.
If the intention is to use you car as a track day / race car a drysump system would be more suitable since it is a more robust system and no old engine parts need to be reworkt to make it fit.
